Framesform creates Shopify product photography, PDP hero images, gallery images, collection assets, lifestyle photos, and campaign-ready stills for ecommerce brands that need stronger product presentation.
The work is planned around the product page: what buyers need to see first, which features need proof, how scale and use context should be shown, and what visual set can support ads, emails, landing pages, and social posts.
Typical deliverables include clean product shots, hero images, detail photos, lifestyle scenes, product-in-use images, retouched WebP/JPG files, and short video or motion assets when needed.

Plan the Product Page Before the Shoot
A useful Shopify gallery is more than a group of attractive photographs. The image sequence should answer buyer questions in a deliberate order: what the product is, what is included, how large it is, how it is used, which details matter, and why it is different from alternatives. We plan the shot list around that sequence so the same production can support the PDP, collection page, launch email, and paid campaign.
For products with several colors or variants, we confirm which images must be repeated and which can be shared. This prevents unnecessary production while keeping the gallery consistent. We can also leave controlled negative space for headlines, feature copy, or campaign crops when the final layouts require it.
Studio, Lifestyle, and Model Images
Clean studio images are useful for product clarity, color comparison, detail views, and collection consistency. Lifestyle images add scale, environment, and use context. Model photography is appropriate when fit, handling, wearable scale, or human interaction is important. Many Shopify launches use a mix of all three rather than relying on one visual style.
The right production method depends on the sample and launch stage. A physical product can be photographed in studio or on location. CAD-based 3D rendering can support products that are not ready, need many material variations, or require views that are difficult to photograph. See our comparison of product photography and 3D rendering.
What Affects Shopify Photography Pricing
Pricing changes with product size, surface finish, styling, props, locations, models, image count, retouching complexity, variants, video requirements, and turnaround. A small tabletop product with four clean images has a different production scope from an appliance that needs multiple rooms, model interaction, infographics, and short videos.
For an accurate quote, send the current product page or supplier link, product dimensions, number of variants, target image count, example references, and launch date. Review the sample preparation checklist before sending the product, then use the project enquiry form.
Shopify Photography FAQ
Can you provide WebP and JPG files?
Yes. Final export formats and dimensions are agreed before delivery. WebP can support smaller product-page files, while JPG or PNG may be required for marketplaces, design handoff, or transparency.
Can the supplier send the sample directly?
Yes. After the project is confirmed, a China-based supplier can usually send approved samples, packaging, and accessories directly to the production location.
Can one shoot support ads and social media?
Yes, when those uses are included in the brief. We plan framing and negative space for the required vertical, square, and landscape placements instead of relying on accidental crops after production.
