FAQ

Questions about product photography, video and 3D production in China.

These answers cover samples, CAD files, production timing, revisions, delivery formats, Amazon listing images and product category fit.

We create ecommerce product photography, 3D renders, lifestyle scenes, Amazon listing images, Shopify PDP visuals, short product videos, and social motion assets. The recommended mix depends on the product, sales channel, and launch stage.
Not always. Some projects need a physical sample, while others can be produced from CAD files, 3D models, detailed specifications, and approved product references. We confirm the production path before quoting.
Yes. Framesform has operated in Shenzhen since 2016 and works with international ecommerce teams sourcing products from China. The service focuses on commercial product visuals rather than general sourcing support.
Usually, yes. After the project and delivery details are confirmed, a China-based supplier can send approved samples, packaging, accessories, and replacement parts directly to the production location.
No. Sample cost, shipping, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping are paid by the client unless they are specifically included in a written quote.
Yes, if return shipping is arranged and paid by the client. Other agreed options can include keeping the sample for future production or disposing, recycling, or donating it.
The production timeline starts after the scope, required materials, visual direction, sample condition, and deposit payment are confirmed. Shipping time to the studio is separate.
Fragile, oversized, battery-powered, food, cosmetic, medical, and other restricted products must be reviewed before acceptance because handling, shipping, location, and safety requirements can change the scope.
AI may be used for approved scene support or concept development. It does not replace product photography, 3D rendering, retouching, product-accuracy review, or the client’s final commercial approval.
We compare the visuals with approved samples, CAD files, specifications, packaging, and product references. The client must approve final product representation, regulated claims, and marketplace compliance before publication.
Editable PSD, Figma, 3D, or project source files are not included by default. Availability, licensing, and handoff requirements must be quoted separately.
Revision rounds depend on the written package or custom quote. Revisions apply to the approved scope and direction; reshoots, new concepts, changed samples, and additional deliverables may require a new quote.
Yes. We can prepare main-image photography, secondary listing images, feature callouts, lifestyle frames, comparison layouts, and A+ content-ready sections. Sellers must confirm current category-specific Amazon requirements.
Yes. Multi-product work is planned around product count, shared scenes, variation complexity, production sequence, image reuse, and total deliverable volume.
